So you have to limit your upload speed.</p><p>This is how you should calculate your optimal upload speed:</p><p>upload speed * 70% &gt; 10kB/s /// upload speed * 80% &gt; 10kB/s if you don't use LT seeds</p><p>LT seeds: upload speed * 10% &gt; 10kB/s /// disabled if you want to use only bittorrent.</p><p>Global max download rate</p><p>Setting your global maximum download speed to unlimited will hurt your connection.
