After I downloaded all I wanted; it changed my IP.. so I disinstalled it and it said my ip went back to normal... now.. I was downloading a torrent and the connections were always 1,2,3, 4 or more.. but right now its always on 0! My Ip is back to normal.. I know that for sure... But why is this still happening? shouldn't it be downloading normally? anyone know what to do?
