stop your violence
stop blaming

not knowing responsibility
because of
egoistic thinking
that needs rethinking
Are you
refraining from
anger
turning from
wrath
that leads to evil
like a hot-tempered man
commiting evil
Are you willing
to change
to think first what is good
to turn from evil
to turn from judging
to be humble
to deliberately act good
against
your feelings
to destroy
Changing your behaviour
will change your feelings
Stop dwelling on
small anger
Stop it from
growing
into uncontrolled behaviour
In your anger
sin not
Do not let the sun go down
still angry
Cool down
Start thinking positive
Forgive
before you sleep
The Word of God says...
"In your anger, sin not.
