President-elect Obama said that
America is facing
a dire economic future of recession
That’ll last for many years to come,
unless Congress and the Senate are willing
to pass
the US $750 billion stimulus package..
the largest taxpayer-funded package
ever in US history.
Unless the package is passed,
US economy downturn
will get dramatically worse.
Right now things are already worse enough,
having 2.4 millions unemployed in 2008,
with 550,000 in December alone,
and expecting more next year,
and having a federal deficit of US $1.2 trillion,
3 times more than last year’s record,
recalling the days of the
Great Depression in the 1930s.
This shows the grim urgency
of the times we’re living in,
A time of great changes and urgencies,
never faced by the world before.
Certainly we’re living in the end times,
And the situation in the middle-east will escalate ,
And the world conditions
will get worse and more violent.
But in the midst of these great uncertainties,
The Lord is saying to His people…
“Trust in Me in all things.If you walk in My will, if your heart pleases Me,You shall not fear.And not only will everything be good for you,But you’ll see your blessings overflow…blessings upon blessings. Yes, the world economy will affect you greatlyBecause your bank is in heaven!Know you not, I am Almighty God who controls the world economy?So what shall you fear? Hold My Hand. I will lead you through the hard times.Follow My heart; seek after My heart.Run to Me and seek My help.I am Almighty.Do not fear. I am with you.”
