something i can't forget from childhood

As children bring their broken toys with tears for us to mend,

I brought my broken dreams to God, because he was my friend.

Instead of leaving him in peace to work alone,

I hung around and tried to help,

in ways that were my own.

At last I snatched them back and cried,

"How could yo be so slow?!"

"My child," he said," what could I do? You never did let go."

i remember this one specific sound from childhood: "don't touch that vase". its always followed by a breaking noise and some water on my clothes.oh, wait i must of been about 15 i wasnt a kid. i actually dont remember childhood.i must have skipped it to get to the good part of life.

"Yes, I like my coffee hot and strong … Like I like my women: hot and ..strong … with a spoon in them."
