How to create a link that adds a contact to MSN Messenger

When you click in my mail in the "About Me" section, automaticly it ask if would you like to add my account to your MSN, well you can do it in the following way:
For adding the specified contact to MSN Messenger:
<a href="msnim:add?contact=name@hotmail.com">Add to MSN Messenger</a>
