Skipping breakfast is a common strategy for losing weight, but not a smart one though. Breakfast is the most important meal of the day for everyone. Many studies have found a relationship between breakfast and learning ability, attention span, and well-being. The American Dietetic Association (www.eatright.org) reports that adults who eat breakfast have easier time losing weight. Children who regularly eat breakfast think faster, clearer, solve problems more easily, and are less likely to be irritable.
Alternative
If you dont like to eat breakfast, or believe you dont feel good when you eat breakfast, you can split your breakfast up into two smaller meals. If you dont have the time, why not prepare your breakfast to take on the go the night before? Or make a date with your friends for breakfast so theres less chance that you'll cancel it...........
