Devastated when his fiancee Kate is killed on their wedding day, Henry reluctantly agrees to consult a psychic named Ashley at the urging of his sister Chloe. Despite his skepticism over her psychic abilities, Henry finds himself falling hard for Ashley, and vice versa. But there is a big snag. Ashley is being haunted by Kate's ghost, who considers it her heavenly duty to break up Henry and Ashley's fledgling romance, if it is the last thing she does on this earthly plane.

Viewed 090117:

1. Opening starts OK with music then it gets mildly annoying.

2. Use of daffy humor in background while keeping to ordinary dialogs and

situations up front questions continuing to watch.

3. Still slightly daffy but getting less annoying by the time Ashly visits Henry

in his office.

4. By half-way the daffiness has become cartoon humor.

5. Haven't seen Reggie in a long time (the actor playing the priest also played

Reggie in the Max Headroom series).

6. Is the Enquisitor a real magazine or a parady of the Enquirer?

Comment:

It seems the main character was given almost all straight lines and the other

characters got varying amounts from mostly straight to daffy. This very light

comedy is off-beat in its humor but has possibly acceptable "real" situations and

characters. Also liked the selections of music used through out the movie.

Unfortunatly, it is very light, annoying in its style of humor, and a mild relief

when it is over. Strictly late-night schedule filler.
