When I first saw your face
Ideas poured into my mind
That maybe 1 day I can be like you
With every hour of everyday
I could not wait for school to end
So I could turn the tv on and
Watch you with all your might to teach the viewers something new
You had our attention at g'day mate
The sound of your voice was exciting
The viewers couldn't help but stare
Your every word was positive & true
Info given to us so freely,willingly
A beacon of shining hope to nature
Actions spoke louder than words
People called you crazy& complacent
I saw a courageous animal lover
Suddenly the excitement was silenced
Your words became muffled
A deep despair engulfed my body
Tears flowed like a rapid river
