There is nothing for you to go back and live over, or fix, or feel regret about now. Every part of your life has unfolded just right. And so --now -- knowing all that you know from where you now stand, now what do you want? The answers are now coming forth to you. Go forth in joy, and get on with it.

I dont agree....things are not as simple as that...maybe it is because some of us are sensitive & others are obviously not.....I just think sometimes we can put things to the back of our mind & act like it didnt happen but the only way we can deal with the past is to face it...when questions like should I of done this or that will arise..
