The whole point of the scoring system is to open up more resources to you. The more you upload the higher your score and rank.

This will explain in detail how it all works and the advantages of gaining rank. The more resoures you hold , the faster your download will be. As we are currently Colonels we have 51 resources open to us. Each resource has a number of seeders available to you.
