Greetings fellow colonel. I have a problem with my disk cache size. I don't know anything about it but I am reaching my max at 50mb. Could you enlighten me, inform me why it is so high and what to do to solve the problem......also there has been a couple of times when I could not download anything from bitcomet at all. I could from other torrents. Is this punishment from bitcomet or something? Looking forward to hearing from you. TheLeonardo
The disk cache is basically for protecting your hard drive from wear and tear. It saves up info in memory and then writes to hard drive. Giving it a break in between charges. I set mine to 25mb on low and 250mb on high also allowing it to auto adjust if physical memory gets lower than 200mb. I have also notice better download rates with higher numbers, but if they get to high it boggs the system!

I have also gone through the same problem...it seems bitcomet 1.0 is in its beta phase so its better to use .90 or .99 version ...in which i was not getting any yellow light!!

it says ur listed port is blocked, cheack ur firewall and NAT configurations
i cheacked the firewall configurations and its fine but how do i cheak the NAT configurations and bit comet port options but still nothing plz HELP!!!

Don't worry, this is very common. The NAT configs are going to be on you router software. If you don't have the router software, you can contact your service provider and they can actsess your router. Just say it's for your network file sharing program, if they ask.
Also, I seen where someone said that they turned off thier firewall and then started bitcomet, waited then for the green light, and then started the firewall back up.
