i am having trouble getting bitcomet to work and it's driving me nuts , ok, i have recently downloaded bitcomet 1.13 and found my listening post is being blocked, so i have followed instructions to do port forwarding and it is still not letting me download anything at all it remains grey and has detect failed beside it . please could you help me .

Hi,
I'm using windows XP and I have a problem on my Bitcomet.
The light suddenly turns into gray color. Before this I have no problem getting the green light or the yellow light. How can this happen?
I'm using broadband services so I don't have any router. I have also checked by using other source of internet but still the color don't change.
Could you please identified the problem I'm having?
