Hey am Jason, if you are having problems with your downloads hat you can do is as follows:
go to command prompt, type "ipconfig/flushdns (enter). wait a second, again ipconfig/release (enter)
then again ipconfig/renew(enter) only follow this three simple steps and am sure that your connection will be better. now to help you more go to ZAPU.COM download the software and this will improve your upload speed to where you have never seen. then go to knology.net on the right side you will see "SPEED TEST" CLICK ON IT THE WINDOW WILL COME UP AND JUST PRESS BEGIN, AND IF YOUR SPEED IS BETWEEN 3000-4000 IS ALRIGHT, AND IF IT IS BETWEEN 5000-6500 YOUR CONNECTION IS GREAT. I don`t know what type of connection do you have but i ope it helps just pass it on to your friends if it does woks for you. Jason
