Unknown, suspicious and unrelated "apphit update checker" bundled into BitComet.
Very bad move. Very, very bad move.
There is not even a warning in apphit's update checker window that it's from BitComet. And the fact that it can be downloaded separately only show us that bundling it with BitComet is completely unnecessary and suspicious.
Very sad. I had BitComet as, by far, my preferred torrent client.
I hope someday you guys from BitComet learn you are losing lots of users by merging it with malware.
And I hope you guys someday get it: PEOPLE INSTALL BITTORRENT TO DOWNLOAD TORRENTS, NOT TO DO SOME OTHER UNRELATED SERVICES!!!!

"If you want to uninstall it, please follow the instruction below..." The instructions you provides are only when we install apphit separately. As far as I see, there is no way to uninstall apphit without uninstalling BitComet (unchecking it in the BitComet's preferences don't uninstall it).
Now I am forced to search for another one. I would gladly install a BitComet apphit-free version here. But the only choice you gave me is to look for other torrent client.
