Dear Svetlana,
Your background image really look ugly on my wide-screen monitor. It will probally will look fine for you, but to others with diffrent resolutions they get a white border on the edge of the page. I know how to fix this, you need to check "Repeat background image" in the page layout setting and then you need to use a picture I made for you from your picture you can find it here:

Please DOWNLOAD the image, and upload to your blog, and do not include it directly from my webserver, because I have restrictions to bandwidth usage. (50GB/month or pay more)
