gizmograbber sucks! I had to learn the hard way. I returned a defective item and never got a refund. They just kept passing you on to another person (probably the same person) and give you the same excuse all the time. Like, we sent it through your paypal. Or, our paypal account has been suspended so we can't pay you right now. STAY AWAY from this site. And vanaccess.com as well. Same crooks!!!
