should it be Tank Factory lvl5 instead of Tank Factory lvl7

whats happening? none of us can play.. with those delays and
server busy dialogue box and 502 bad gateway..
i know you guys are doing your best to fix this but people are
getting frustrated. can you at least post a reply? so they know
