Seeding is simple.Once you have completely downloaded something
leave it be,and you are now seeding it.You can watch what you
downloaded without effecting your seeding it.If it shows as a
red up arrow in your bit comet window, you are seeding.If it is a
complete download and it is a green dot then highlight the item
by clicking on it once,then go to the top left corner and click
start.You can also temporarily stop seeding items by highlighting
them then going up and clicking stop.Hope this helps.
