I am noticing that a lot of people are having problems with malware, pop ups and just viruses. This is what site adviser's analysis is on my blog. These programmes are all free.

Zone Alarm

I have used all of these and they work well.
Ok i have found some sample virus downloads. Don't worry they are not real viruses.
I clicked on this link 
and McAfee Site Adviser took me to a site and told me it was not safe.
I clicked on this link and downloaded and when i went to open it AVG deleted it.
You should check your computer.
