Have I evolved? Am I the first of
my kind? I have been a lot of
places, yet I find no other like
me. Have I evolved? Am I the
first one? I have spoken to many
yet I find none that understands
me. Have I evolved? I got the
homeless guy a sandwich, with my
last dollar instead of eating
myself. Have I evolved? I see
things differently than anyone,
which also defines my existence.
Have I evolved? I forgave the
guy that had me living on the
Street and asked him if he had a
place to stay Have I evolved? Am
I the first one to see that we are
not all created equal? Or the same?
That we all hear, see, and think differently.

For A.L.S (you know who you are)

You knew me better than anyone else. We told each other about things we lied about to ourselves.  I had your back at anytime no questions asked.  Not a second thought that you'd have mine.  Always together or on each others mind.  Our time together was never wasted time.  We never let our love life ever come between us  We'd tell our special someone that they'd just have to trust us.  Friends forever I always thought we would be.  Who'd of ever thought as time went on we'd grow apart eventually.  Now we only see and speak every now and then.  The people closest could never replace you.  You my one and only Best Friend.
