I just want to feel the gist of things around here. How are the staff and how are each server doing? We need your feedback.

Can you guys look into coming up with some way of officials of alliances being able to contact all their members by mail, as at the moment what we have is totally unsuitable for our needs.

If you could do this asap this would be very helpful.

There's a major glitch while trying to scroll through buildings,tech,etc,etc. It has been like this for a few weeks now. Could you atleast fix this problem please. I'm on server 3. It's really hard to build your base when you can't even scroll through the list. I can't even get to tank factory...???

I tried starting another base in Server 1941 but it used the same name as the one I have in server 1940. I was told you could have one on each server as they are not connected. How do I delete this one and start a new one. Want to be Axis this time but it did not give me the option. It just recreated the one in 1940. I have two now on different servers. Thanks for any help.

they never delete people's accounts unless you don't log on for 30 days, I know it sucks, but I've never seen them do it. perhaps it would be nice if they added this feature. IT MIGHT EVEN SPEED UP THEIR DATABASES AND SERVERS. HINT HINT. The game is soooooo slow. please do something about it.

I'm a newbie...so forgive if this has already been covered. I do run into an issue on occasion that says, "List full" when I have no other actions taking place. To be specific, I was attempting to Research Cooperation but had no other Research going on. Strange, but after trying it three times was able to conduct the research.

well if you haven't noticed, the reason people give this game a 1/10 is becuase everytime someone like you asks a question they come into your house and at night an do unspeakable things to everything you love. then ignore your question. Just tell me I'm wrong. TELL ME!?!?! lets see them respond to the 1000 posts in the bugs section, I want to be proven wrong. please!

Reading some posts I came up with a few thoughs:

1 When most players complain about server that means server really gotta do something about it. There will always be people complaining about small things (and often unfairly), but when it gets to be everyones opinion, then server really screwed it up.

2 Server gotta make money to keep active, nothing wrong with that. Thing is, servers that offer free access for everyone get their money from premium services that would not unbalance the game completely or be required for the daily user operation.

On this server, gold IS REQUIRED for many daily operations such as hiring legendary commanders or healing troops.

Some items completelly unbalances things for those that pay for it like troops speed up 9x.

That is a serious strategy miscalculation from server.

3 There are no online games free of bugs, but community expect staff to do something about them once they are reported. And not just that. Also stay close to community and tell them what are they fixing and planning for future too. Lack of communication is very frustrating for users.

And above all, honor any promisses they do.

Multiaccounting is not being punished, bugs not being fixed, and bug reports not being awarded.

So in my opinion, server is doing very bad.

what amazes me is that they ask how they are doing and then just disappear. Why bother asking if you arent going to interact with us. This is a fun entertaining game but the lack of support is beyond comprehension.

fantasy kahoona streetfighter linfeg are known multiaccount by everybody

gp4200 giri....and more

dasboot is another i have heard is a multi(no proof yet but working on it)

i had a multi accounter on my team i kicked him as soon as i found out

he has since been crushed and farmed

whats the matter with NOWs leadership they know of the multi accounts i have talked to ladyluck and she knows. i know i was told last week they would start kicking the multis but can you speed up the process please.

dont delete there bases let us farm them to get our resources back that we have been cheated out of

Like I suggested, offer a 2 week anmesty on multi-accounts. Those who fail to give them up should be punished.

R3ap3r - FYI, linfeng is a multi account but it is not run by fantasy/khoonoh. I only found this out recently myself. However, I do know that ervine, kamisama, jattprince and donthurtme are run by the same player. (If you want ervine to scout you, scout jattprince and you will see what I mean).

I think that is fair. Personally, I have given up on the idea of the "No multi-accounting" rule every being enforced. It is part of the game and there are ways to work around it.
