Nthin to be amazed of by recruiting with 5% chances. Everyone jus need to work hard to recruit and try for a long time before they can get.
I get my at 5% also. :) anyway that is alot of good luck for people to get one at 5% and tell me when someone can recruit at 0%.
Actually there is R5, it is not photoshopped. I hv already seen the report last month about one guy attacking another and got the shock of his life. As what everyone thinkings "WTF, R5??"

lol. look at the top right of your keyboard, slightly besides F12. There is a print screen button. Push that button and open your paint program in which you just need to Paste into it.
Click save as "your bah bah bah" and whichever location you want to.
In the last part, you need to send me 1000usd for teaching you how to print screen. lol.
stupid cease fire modification.
Read wiki what is cease fire. If we already hv a attack on going, why on earth they are allowed to buy a cease fire? U cant stop the oncoming attack but only can stop the future attacks.
