At the bottom of the Forum list there is the "Quick Post" which is what you used to make this I believe and next to that is "Multifunctional Post". Click that it brings you to another screen. Next to "Category" is a drop down menu select My Poll. (Note: I've never actually done this so I have no idea if it works)
In the box where your name and title and all that is, just above your name there is a little question mark in a circle click it for the title list
Well from what I understand its just the tasks. Click "Task" and go to the tab Task (not Newbie Task) and do Patrol Mission (Easy), Bring Peace (Middle), or Mopping-up Operation (Hard).

Did you select a commander? Even if you only have one you still have to click on him
Yes abd if you have the resources but it registers that you don't have enough try reloading your page.
Well pioneers are for building a new base and they aint cheap and they take awhile to build so my guess is he was using them to build a new base and if the new base didnt have enough area he'd destroy it and try again.
Well I kinda like it but if this game is to be realistic it just doesn't make sense to kill all your unwanted troops. But there should be a Train option to upgrade them to the next level.
Yes and also it will say it will cost 3 gold to use but if you have some in your inventory it will use them instead.

The pioneer is a unit. You can build it under Recruitment > Armour > Pioneer. Just some advise if your new base area is low (700 is max I believe) destroy it and try again cause the more area is obviously better.
If you build a City Hall evey level gives you a bit more space.
The exploiter is a unit. Go to recruitment and its the last one under Armour
Once you've claimed it look in your bag there will be an item there that will give you a bunch of items its called something about compensation I cant exactly remember what though

That isn't the level of task its telling you. It is actually the limit number of times you can do the tasks each day. The maximums are 10 for easy, 3 for medium, and I'm clueless as to how many hard. The next day the counter should reset to 0/x.
