if u have another city of same account u can send resources by TRUCKs>go market then transport...
but if ur talking about another account u cant do that...safeguards for multis
just refresh/restart the game..most of the time it works when u have some sort of bugs/..
mini games doesnt give any reward for now
as it stated above all what we got is just a BAG..which has random GOLD in it...

in travian u can send resources to other account,
here in WW2 u cant send any resources to other accounts..that will give u an idea about ur statement"WORKING TOGETHER"
using same IP doesnt constitute ur a multi...but but for me its having same PC(each PC have it own identification code when logon to the server)that ur using and create multi accounts that can be a problem...some Browser game have some issues resolve to this...such as Travian to just delete the"cookies" but i dont know what sort of counter measure does the developer to this game have.
This will be a good "ISSUE" to talk about specially if ur using in a internet cafe
