first you need to build your normal commander up and work on his charm
as this will increase the success rate %
second you can buy Treasure to up the success rate as well witch is good the more the better
third the more charm you have the more chance you have at a successful invite you should only use the Treasure as a boost
i wouldn’t bother with the Vehicle not in less you need your commander back fast as this will not up the success rate only speed up the visit
this is what i have done and do other players may have different ways and stuff but i hope this help you
