How do we claim our bonus items and what happens to all the gear we had in our old accounts.

There is a bug in the amount of points needed to lvl up your commanders.

It used to start at about 25 points, then when the lvl went up it changed to a few hundred, then a few thousand after the lvl went up to about lvl 35. I have just checked how many points are needed at about lvl 45, for my next lvl up and it is almost 500,000.

I think needing half a million points to upgrade a single officer's skill points by 1 points is a bit much. Can we get this changed to something a bit more realistic?

Can someone tell me what has happened to the base area. I have 3 bases and for some reason they have all gone over the available base limit.

They were fine the other day, but then when I logged on the next day they had all changed, some of them have gone overdrawn by over 100 base area points. I have had to use several hundred gold to try to bring my bases into credit again and I have still not been able to do it.

Can someone tell me what the hell happened to the base area and if it is going to be sorted out?

For some reason the palace in my capital has reverted from lvl 3 to lvl 1. Can someone please tell me why this is and can a gm please fix this?

The same thing happened to me! I lost dozens of tech advances when I switched my main city. It cost me several 100k in resources and ages in time.

I have tried to get an answer about getting the missing lvls back several times, but so far have not recieved a reply.

Why do your tech levels disappear after you move your capital city. I had high tech levels on almost all options, after I switched my capital to another city most of my researched tech levels disappeared.

It took me several 100K of resources and a long time to get my tech levels that high and now I have gone back to starter levels again.

Can someone please look into this matter and let me know why the tech levels disappeared with the city switch and how I can get them back?

I have a serious problem with my technology research lvls. I recently switched my capital city and now most of my tech research lvls have disappeared or gone back to low lvls.

I have now lost several dozen technology improvements for infantry, armour and planes. This means that if I want to recruit high lvl troops I have to relearn al the lost skills. Until then I can only recruit low lvl troops.

Can someone please look into this and tell me how I can get my previous research lvls back.

Is there anyway to destroy or relocate one of your own bases so that you can rebuild in a another location. My new base area is tiny and I am told that other locations offer much more space to build on.

Also why is there such a difference in the starting base area of bases? I think we should all start out with a standard base area, rather than having a lucky dip.

There is a problem with the gold given out with daily resources. When I claimed my resources today I did not get any gold! It is bad enougth that the gold was reduced to 5 gold per day, but now I'm not getting any!

I have found that the problem mainly seems to happen when you send out mixed troops. I seem to be able to send out armour and planes but if I try to include infantry I get the error message. Also the problem seems to be selective, I tried to send out the same troops several times without success, but when I changed the order in which I chose them, I was able to send out some troops but not all, not sure why?

Thx for fixing crop bug in my city at 439 583. However, I have two other cities with crop bug at 456:580 and 459:579.

Also can you tell me what is going to happen about the 1000's of troops & mil's in resources I lost over the weeks from the 3 cities affected with bugs?

I would like to claim my reward, my MMOABC Id is cm1200. How do I claim the reward?

My total DEF = 9910

My total DMG to infantry was 7438

My total DMG to armour was 6548

Guidance mine DEF = 263 x 15 = 3945

This cleary shows that I should have won the battle without losing most of my troops!

Thats insane

I had hundreds of troop killed by 15 guidance mines. That included lvl 3 tanks, lvl 2 tank destoyers, lvl 3 bazooka squads and lvl 3 infantry with armour destroying capability as well as supporting units.

There is no way that 15 mines should have been able to wipe them all out!

This is really stating to SUCK, I now have at least 3 cities that are affected by the crop bug. I have been reporting this problem for weeks with nothing being done to resolve the problem. I can't even count how many millions in resources I have lost. I have also lost well over 1000 troops which took a long time to recruit and cost a fortune in resources. My affected cities are at 456:580, 459:579, 439:583.

How are we supposed to play this game when everyone knows that as long as we have the crop bug we can't play this game properly, as we have trouble building up cities or troops due to lack of resources.

Can someone please sort out the crop bug and tell us what is going to happen about the resources and troops that we have lost?
