hi i made a mistake on what i wrote they actually told me i should delete my account with bitcomet.. and my bitbox is my download computer..sorry for that typo i fixed and thank you for the advice i will take it.take care jody

no i didnt solve the problem but i was able to save some of my downloads i just went under my torent archive and i found some tourants that i didnt lose. i was also told that it just happens sometimes i hope this helped you alittle.take care
