Yup you r right. The method about should be use to change the Adminstrator password. But most of the time, this Adminstrator password wont be set by most user.
hi.. ur mentod is too long...
1) At startup... press F8 then go to Safe Mode.
2) Log in the Administrator Account
3) Go to any user account and change their password to "Null" or and password you want
4) Restart and you can go in any user account as you wish without a 'password" or with the password you enter
