I'm having problems with my download speed. I've Got 10mb Broadband and vista , half the time i'm only getting 100-200kbps if i'm lucky ? Any Idea on whats wrong because I used to get over300kbps and up to 1000kbps over the past fortnight ive been having problems with my download speed I am aware Of seed ratio and internet traffic but it's a big drop in speed for me... It Could be my cable modem playing up or my internet provider ? Please help....Thanks
