28 kbps is ur actual upload speed .& extra bandwidth (48-28) 20 kbps is ur connection making speed.. . that connection making speed is not worthy for u .. so dont worry if u got diff in actual speed & upload speed .. just restart ur bitcommet again .. so thats not a bit commit problem .. batter u upload a another torrent . which doesn't consider connection bandwidth .. keep seeding .. thx
Download speed & upload speed is interdependent .. like my download speed is 250 + kbps .but than my upload speed cant exceed more than 40 kpbs .. so when u seed after completion of torrent ..then u can get maximum upload speed .. but there is steel 1 big problem .that is connection usage upload bandwidth .. so u need to keep eyes on ur upload speed .. if torrent showing u different upload speed & ur actual upload speed is different than u need to restart upload again.. so it can save ur upload bandwidth ...if any help than write to me.. keep seeding ..thx
VISTA dont provide option for change..Tcp/Ip limit . is "TCPIP.SYS " already adjust for maximum connection in vista ? or still its half.. keep seeding ... tnx ..
u can even , delete the task from download window ..1) right click on task 2) select => delete
3) select ==> delete task only ..task will automatically delete from download window ... keep seeding ..

ranking vanish sometime ,maybe coz of server overload . so try to re-log again ,if ranking still not
appear than try to relog later( after 1 hour),, but u can still seed coz score card is still aviilable .. keep seeding

i too had same problem few days before, & all my links vanish . so i download again.
i still dont know whats the reason. coz thats my 1st chance. so batter go for old
stable ver. like 1.06 or 1.05 .
if u r facing problem in 1.07 ver. than most of chances that u have outdated hardware,
try old ver. which is more stable like 1.06 or 1.05 . if u stil cant download than
batter u go for other torrent p2p software, which is lighter than bitComet like,

hi ...actualy when we download files than it also checked for error.& some time we download a currupt file so it start to search a new file & downlaod again.. so it can downlaod exceed from the original size of the file.. keep seeding....thx
