Can someone tell me how I go about creating an album, a photo album, here on my profile, or blog page, or whevever its supposed to go?

So I can show you all some great photographs of naked girls....

So I can upload some photos of my tattoo work, and some of my photograhy work, etc.??

That would be cool if someone can help me with that. I cant seem to find a link to create, or upload, photos to my profile page.

yeah....if your not logged in, you cannot see your seeders, your piece graph doesnt register, you cant comment from the bitcomet software, cant see trackers, cant see peers (in the lower columns) cant see samples, etc.

but you can still download at your regular speeds

im getting both remote and local seeds, and still downloading at a high speed, like usual.

i dont know why its not logging in, but it doesnt seem to be affecting my download speeds or my seeding abitlity...or for me to pick up other seeders.

it DOES affect our ability to post or comment or log into anything directly from our bitcomet software tho.

gotta be logged in to do that.

but im not sweating it. this was happening yesterday and i just kept downloading torrents and i eventually got logged in.

servers may be overloaded, or bitcomet may be upgrading the servers, or they just may be down.

if your ports are forwarded, and you have a port opening in your security firewall, you dont need to be logged in to get high download speeds, no matter what that little icon tells you.

although..........i do notice that my upload speeds are way down!

thats weird.

i usually keep my upload set at about 30 and my download at about 2345..(those just happen to be my best ratio settings that get me the best download speeds), but right now im downloading at max speed, but uploading at like 1 kB or maybe 2....

not fair to other leechers or uploaders is it.

bitcomet will get it fixed. if not, do as andy valone says....uninstall and reinstall your favorite version and see if it fixes it.

yeah,,,weird huh? i think, as vasy_andone says, it has something to do with bitcomet trying to tell you there is a new update or something.

just stop the login process and continue to download your torrents.

the last time i updgraded my bitcoment i lost all of my archives. i hate when that happens.

i figure your probably right. if we uninstalled and reinstalled,or upgraded it would probably log in.

but im not logged in...it wont log in for me again today, and im still getting the high speeds i always get.

so i just took the checkmark out of the "log in automatically" setting in my options and continue to download my torrents at high speeds.

im sure the servers are over freakin loaded or something. its been an issue for the last couple of days...but it will fix itself.

bitcomet mods are reading these posts so they know theres an issue.

THE UNUSUAL SUSPECT IS CORRECT.

it is not necessary to be logged into your bitcomet program to get high speeds when your downloading a torrent.

it only effects your ability to comment or run a sample or do any of that kind of stuff directly from you bitcomet program.

im not connected either, cant log in to bitcomet bitclient, but im downloading the haunting in conn, at about 350 kB's. really fast for me.

its not an issue if your ports are forwarded correctly and you have a port opening (the same port) thru your security firewall.

dont worry about it. just keep on downloading and seeding.

ive been having this problem since yesterday, if you read the previous posts.

i got logged in for a while yesterday evening, but this morning i cant log into my bitcomet again.

but, im looking at my download speeds and im hauling ass even without being logged in.

im topping out at my highest speeds. of course im downloading a really well seeded torrent, but i guess it doesnt matter if im logged in or not.

im getting great speeds anyway.

i do have my ports forwarded. and i do have a port opening thru my firewall..(i use vista)...so i guess thats all that really matters.

what i cannot do i comment from my bitcomet, or check samples, or any of that, because i cant log in.

but im getting the same speeds i always get...which is to say....FAST!

im online,logged into my bitcomet page, but im having trouble logging into my bitcomet again this morning.

i havent upgraded my bitcomet for the last several upgrades. last time i did that, about a year ago, i lost all of my torrents that i were listed in my torrent archive.

are any of you using the newest bitcomet upgrade...the latest version?

and still having this log in problem?

no.. dont download the emule plugin. absolutely uneccesary. i get top speeds (for my system) without it.

in fact, it slowed me down. it was just another plugin/add in that slowed my bitcomet down.

so i havent used it for a couple of years now.

dont need it if you have the ports forwarded and a port open in your computers security system, just for bitcomet.

you should be able to log in now. i was unable to log in as well, but it seems to be working now.

read my posts above. im not sure if that thing i did when i clicked on "forget password"? did anything, i dont think so, but try it.

just click on then close it out and then try and log in again. you should have your stuff set to log in automatically anyway.

in any case, im logged in now and downloading at a high rate of speed.

in fact, its hauling ass.

its working now! i dont know if the server just came back up, or if it was because i clicked on that :forgot password"? link.

i didnt do anything there...i didnt reset my password. i just clicked on and when i came back to my bitcomet, it logged in.

there we go. i just got logged in. it took a while but im logged in now.

actually i clicked on my forgot password link, and didnt do anything while i was there, when i came back to my bitcomet i just clicked on "sign in again" and it logged right in.
