I think we have to do something about it the need of the hour is to initiate and put some young blood into politics.India's crying need is not economic tinkering or social engineering.It is a political overhaul,a political cleansing.India's elite should start getting its hands dirty so they can get a clean country.The old elite are not ready to get their hands dirty so we have to initiate.

the body gets the colour by reflecting the light not by emmiting it.

the black body absorbs all the seven colours which constitutes the white light thus appearing black.

thus it would not be appropriate to call the mirror a perfect black body.

everything whithout the light to illuminate would be a blackbody.

try to see urself in a mirror in a perfectly dark room.

the white light has seven colours

voilet

indigo

blue

green

yellow

orange

red

thus we see plants green because when white light falls on them they absorb all the colors reflecting the green.that's why they appear black in the absence of white light(at night)

this is because sometimes what happens is that the no. of leechers are large and that of seeders are less thus though u upload at 30kbps the speed is shared by all the leechers

for example

if there is only one seeder with 30kbps upload speed and 30 leechers then the download speed for each leecher would be 1kbps

suppose that when 30 leechers download reaches 20% another set of 10 leechers join in to download the torrent thus now taking average upload speed of 20kbps from each leecher holding 20% of the file would upload the file for those new 10 leechers.

Thus the newer 10 leechers would download the torrent at a much greater speed between 20 - 25 kbps untill all the total 40 leechers are levelled up.

Thus when all the 40 leechers are equal then they all r requesting data from the same single seeder who is uploading at 30kbps thus increasing the requests and making the download speed less than 1kbps for each leecher.

the problem is called a deadlock

the system clock has to many simultaneous processes to run, so the clock frequency is shared by all the program's thus making the clock available on time shared basis.

its by default cant be helped
