BitComet uploadeds downloaded "chunks" Example: say you downloaded 90% of the "chunks" that 90% is able to be sent(Uploaded) to somebody that needs those "chunks".

All files you've downloaded from that torrent. also can upload a part of a file Example: you can upload the 50% of file A that you've downloaded

What I would also like to know is if bitcomet is downloading first of all

the first file or does it download all files of the torrent simultaneously?

Unless you tell BitComet otherwise it will download all selected part simultaneously.

your ports are most likely blocked have the bill payer of your internet service call them and ask to unblock your listening port that's the problem most people have also most isp's wont unblock blocked ports DON'T ask for an unblock at a school isp source

General idea is to do a 1:1 ratio example downloaded 1kb upload 1kb also try to seed as long as possible.

from the File, View etc... go to: menu go to File>select make torrent

rest should me easy. if uploading "bad things" Always use an alias Never your real name for example a bad alias for john doe is: dohn joe, or your log in from another website ( thr people can find you through there toothink hard being found isn't very fun.

to seed you need the completed file you intend to seed, start the torrent so that you have it uploading(the green circle will turn into a orange up arrow.

people will receive your uploaded files then you've just seeded.

That's not very nice to say, say things like that in a less public board example a rant/spam blog or forum

Your problems most likely fixed but, If your peers don't use bit comet with torrent share enabled nothing will show up. to find some try downloading a different torrent with a very high seeder amount odds are out of the thousands some torrents have one or more will at least have it.
