U totaly dont understand, what they said, ill explain u easy:

1--they said that will make a screenshot from rank webpage..(as we all know rank web page is only 1-20)

2--they will give wings to players which didnt win before as well they will remove the before winners from rank

3--to check your rank go on web page and go at my rank ...put your name and see on what place u r on top..

4--if u r on top 20 submit a ticket with your server ign and which kind of wings u desire

So in concluzion they will give 20 wings , and as well u mistake saying that they will give only 13.

WHATS THAT?

1--- My opinion....till lvl 42 is a total waste of time to go Rp or instance....

2---archers need diferent stats on items in some range of lvls

3--warriors have high defence, but its almoust imosible to add enough dodge on a warrior...even if u perforate items add 2 lines of slots..with dodge stones...and enchant them with sodge still wont tank bosses like an archer do and bosses are diferent based...so for some of them dodge is ok and for others dodge dont work(i dont tell u which ones i let u to discover)

On a long run a archer do more money than any other toon if u adapt his equip for map specifics

3---adding leech and forget about min-max ap= 0 nada nothing...

ALMOUST LVL 73 KING(want to be queen) AND FLYING WITH MY WINGS

If u are refering at a juvenille child mount well they are:

1---Juvenille cleaver potion--found on item mall-u can added to last remaining feed so your mount to open a hidden attr or to increase it if already have it...but its not always working might fail--price 58 pt

2---juvennile growth otion--found on mall--when u add to last feed u will have a chance to increse basic stats

Yup we need deva i totaly suport Shii....as we know deva is a lvl 64 set we are loads lvl 64+, why not deva why not new maps...we cant lvl from lvl 78, how we supose to do lvl 80? by getting xp doing guild quests...and that 20-40% are bugged...and give top 600k xp...when we need bilions xp how to get lvl?

lvl 60 skills are expensive during large quantity of mana what they ask and during the low cooldown time they got.....To lvl that faster i recomand u a lot of whisp potion, especially from lvl 2 to lvl 3 when u have 10k cast to do

Does exist a ias necky higher than +4 cuz i didnt find it yet....iscs+6 got it from that dumb elite from V5(always when i cast burning arrow she start running from me and i must chase it)

Mounts ask for forage but wings never ask for anything...i always was forgeting to get forage to my old core now i am happy with my wings

Actually mwo isnt money focused like u say...i`ve made a full st set and a full gold set without spending any real money..Evil zodiac is a good place to hunt for items aswell for gold souls..Drops are not that bad...got even gold summy cloack, summy armour...and others

The main problems are bugs, everywhere , which are never repaired , and the lowest drop rate of items over lvl 60(i lvl since lvl 65 on ice..in 2 days ill be lvl 73...got no sb yet)

Other problem is honorary medal, is a quest which have no reward and is not easy..we received a answer like event was canceled(why still quest apear and can be ruled) and we will hold it later.

And are more and more thinks, but hey lets hope they will sort it out

Only on your server?....well let me tell u something....i am looking for Sb Shadow pandemonium....5 friends decided to help me to find it(i must specify that all are not lower than lvl 71) So we start it : adolf...ariska both...bog and ice bosses...Its passed over 40 days and we didnt find it, over 100 youngdragon treasures was opened...nothing ...all we got are like 4-5 sb lvl 65 several sb lvl 60 and we have loads sb lvl 55. Well if a sb lvl 65 take so long i wonder how long it wil take for that lvl 74
