1. Bitcomet version 1.13, i was having the same problem in version 1.12,
so i upgraded
2. Windows XP SP3
3. i just changed to my new wireless router ADSL 2+ Dlink DSL-2640T
4. My listening port successfully forwarded, all green light
Last time before i upgrade the windows XP service pack and before i changed to my new wireless router, I was using Bitcomet 1.1, i don't even have to tweak it. Every configuration is "unlimited" and i still got the best download speed. After those two upgrades, problem starts.
I tried to download the TCIP patch, but AVG doesn't allow me to continue despite i choose ignore. Then, i stumble upon this website http://www.raymond.cc/blog/archives/2007/09/10/stop-bittorrent-from-killing-your-internet-connection I followed all the instructions and set my maximum connections to 50 since 100 doesn't work for me. Am ready glad everything sorted out.
Now, i'm thinking which is the problem, my new router or that windows SP3 upgrade.... Hope this helps whoever got the same problem like me : ) TQ for your kind intention to help me, sirstar.
