Yes sadly the admin team handling the bugs does not seem to be very active. I tried helping with the forums for quite a while, but I have about given up on the game myself. I think the only reason I still log in is my alliance. The friendship made with certain members makes it worth visiting.

This message means the server is down for maint or is just getting a fresh reboot, just attempt logging in again after a few mins etc.

I am not sure who would have been responsible for banning you as I know I didn't, I know it sounds redundant, but you may want to try e-mailing bcgamer about it. Hopefully he can get it straightened out for you.

I have about as much contact as the rest of the players do with the admin of the game. I send an e-mail and it usually takes a week or so before I hear anything back as well. I agree the admin need to get more proactive about some of these old bugs that are still around, but there is not much I can do to help. Just another player in the same sinking boat, pouring the bucket out as fast as I can to try to stay afloat lol.

Yes the Admin had nothing to do with the deletion of your 2 previous posts. I deleted them, due to the profanity you felt the need to use. I understand you were frustrated and the alliance bug sucks, but you need to keep it clean in the forums or your post will just be deleted again. Thanks for understanding.

Yes the free items they are passing out in the weekend chests are there for one purpose, to bring in more donations for gold. They are running a business and are going to help the players that donate by offering items that give them an advantage by spending gold. All I can say is if you do not donate to play, be very frugal with your gold and use it when you get an item that is really helpful, otherwise the really nice bonus items will be unusable.

As soon as you submit an attack your enemy is notified that they are under attack. This gives them plenty of time to move troops, resources, etc if they are online and see the notification. It is the little cross hair symbol on the bottom of the screen, begins flashing when under attack.

if the attacks were underway before using the ceasefire I believe they will still reach you. If this was not the case, the dev team will require more info from you, and best bet would be to contact bcgamer directly as posting here in the forums generally does no good other than to blow off some steam.

That I am not sure about, do you possibly have one running already or on a cease fire perhaps?

To use the documents you have to go under Commanders, Upgrades. They are used for upgrading your aides, etc.

the 50% bonus ones require you to spend gold to use them, its another way to promote gold purchasing. The 25% ones do not however.

depends on how far away the attacker is etc, if the attack was going to take 5 hours then it won't but if it was less than an hour out it would.

if you are trying to report an issue with purchaseing gold, you may want to send bcgamer an email with your paypal confirmation number etc so they can fix it for you, posting in the forum will generally get you nowhere.

As far as seeders are concerned, a Seeder is someone who has the program and is allowing you to download it off of their pc through the p2p network (Bitcomet) in this example. If there are no seeders then you can't dl it since nobody is sharing it.

The only way to expand your first base is by building City Halls.
