I just updated to 1.13. Does anyone have the issue of having the port blocked, color yellow? I have tried to follow the same steps to open the ports I did before with the prior version of bitcomet, but unfortunately after doing all the steps, I keep being blocked. Please can anyone help me to understand what am I doing wrong? I have a Vista OS. I don't know what else to do after unblocking my firewalls, and opening the port on my modem.
