this is what i get when ever i hit the 1941 buton surver...where do i get to put in my key so i can begin to play ?

im new ..just registered..cant find the bonus buton have a key..im in surver 1941....tryinmg to get it going before i begin to play ..whwere is it...e mail me at jimmymxmusic1776@yahoo.com ....well every time i clcik surver 1941 it takes me to a site saying weaiting for you..then are you going to help your men or some blah blah blah,,then its got a refresh please help..
