We are all in the quest for a perfect love. Scientists tell us that search has to do with the functioning of our hormones, ancient rituals of courtship or a "mother complex" unresolved. There may be something to this, but under these partial explanations, hides a deep spiritual truth.
And that spiritual truth is that there-somewhere in this vast universe, a love which may be beyond everything you know: what we call our soul mate.
The term has been so manipulated that it's necessary to mark an important distinction: that between souls companions, and soul mate.
The souls companions are those partners that coexist between tolerance and unconditional acceptance of others, may belong to this group relatives, friends, coworkers, ...
The soul mate, however, from a spiritual point of view but, in the home, we were alone entities, sparks of the Divine. Faced with the Creator, we agreed to descend to the level of the third dimension to continue the creative work, serving a joint mission. As the world we know is the realm of duality, we had to divide into two halves. The plan was to live separate lives and carry out different functions, until-having experienced all forms of our unique qualities through various incarnations and regained our memory of who we are-we were really prepared for the reunion. Once it succeeded, we could accomplish our joint mission.
It can be embodied or not, but wherever it appears in our lives is to show the high points of our soul and the path which lead to further grow. We are approaching our aim high.
We have many soul companions but one soul mate.
What you feel when you encounter this person is something that can not be described in words, the heart expands and bribes with joy. It is a love beyond any dimension.
