It happed to me before, I don't know why. But when new version bitcommet release and i install it, the problem solves. Have a stady dll/up rate as before. maybe you should try to uninstall it, and replace with new version or older version. Hope it could help you.
If you don't want to format your drive and you losing ur windows cd. the only solution I can think of is go buy a new windows cd and repair ur windows, at my country it only cost about $5(pirate copy) I think i have the similar problem before(explorer keep hang up coz windows file missing-deleted during virus scan),and that is what I do.

Sorry?? I think you are mistaken Megaupload with Megashare. The is no such thing of 'Busy Line' with Megaupload. All clear only a waiting time is annoying a little bit but I think I solved that problem for you before, right? In the other hand Megashare is all about 'FUCK YOU UP!!' Always have a slot full for a link, I don't know about other country, but in ours that is always happen. If you luckily get an empty slot, you only can download up to 250MB and your download will stop until your passport renewed. And you have to wait until "horn come out from the cat head" then you can resume your download. It's all fuck up! I used Megaupload because it support download manager, you can stop or resume your download anytime you see fit.(If you're exp. slow download speed restart you Internet connection uotill you can get good and steady speed). I don't say Megashare is all bad. I agreed with some people who say Megashare is the best only if you willing to pay USD25 for 6 month. I have a lifetime link card with Megashare, cost me USD150. To download a 700MB movie, it's only take about 2 1/2 hour to finish with my top speed connection. Got 6-7 movie a day with Megashare. But, for a free user it better be Megaupload. Other upload often used rapidshare. But try it.. Who know you might like it... because I do

Memang ada... Tapi private tracker la... Download memang cepat tapi kena seeding balik ratio 1.0, kalau tak, kena banned. Memang susah nak seed balik sebab tak ada banyak leecher. Aku dah apply nak upload torrent kat sana, tapi tak ada respond pun.. Citer2 kat sana tak ada yang best pun.
Usually using malaysia streamyx 512. You can get all the part in about 3 1/2 hour. If you feel bother by waiting time between download.... Disconnect you internet after u finish get a part and connect it again... No waiting time needed anymore. Good Luck!!

Download all part. When you got it all. find a part that not show .Z0X. In my case. Find the smaller one. Extract with your win zip. You will get one 700MB file.
