firstly i would like to thank you for all the work you have put into getting these information for us users. thank you very much.
I still have one question/problem though. My download speed used to reach 300 - 400kB/s, but ever since I changed my computer, it is now only averaging at 1 - 2 kB/s.
My current OS version is Windows Vista (6.0.6001). And my TCPIP.SYS version is 6.0.6001.18063.
I read about your comemnt on Vista. But all I could interpret on it was that Vista users should not download any patches we see, lest we get our computers infected.
Yet, I do not see any definite suggestions being put forward on how to solve this problem.
Thus I was wondering if you could suggest anything I could do?
