I call many time to tell them about speed slow but they tell me the line is like that my line is ok. WTF....

I try to talk them unit the 30min still can't do anything. Want me send some stupid

letter to the HQ (I think). They send back also the same thing to me to do the

hi,last time i download speed is 150kb something but now i using the 1.04 is very very slow unti 2kb. why like that, can someone help me, thank you
