Bitcomet can change it for you.

#1 Open your bitcomet and go to options

#2 Go to preferences

#3 Go to TCP/IP limit it is the second thing from the bottom

#4 Disable the file protection by checking the box then pick a number between 10 and 200 100-150 should be good

#5 Click Apply then ok then restart bitcomet, Might have to restart your pc but I don’t think you will
