What is the little vote box? When I check it what am I voting on?

Unfortunately Jarrahdale is correct. I have had this happen to me (only a couple of times) when I try to download an old movie (Airport from the 1970's) all I can say is you are not alone and "It Happens". Brain storm and find interest in something else. A Bc friend, Steve

Well I am now a Staff Sergeant. I take it the point of this ranking system is just to keep people online so the torrents are seeded better....correct? But heck I have been with BC since 2005.What is the little box "Vote" for? What would I be voting on?
