uploading 1GB in a day will get you 100 points, 1 per 10MB... and being online per hour gets you 2 points, max of 20 a day... in essence, you can total up 120 points a day...

thats not the same as Manual Hash Check... Hash check only comes when the torrent is stopped, manual connect is a selectable option when the torrent is running.

if you're downloads are gettin stuck in the 90-99.99% zone, always go for manual has check, it usually will solve the problem. In situations where what you've downloaded is far exceeding the percentage, there's no need to worry, after that torrent reaches the 90% mark, go for the manual hash check and let it finish on its own. 9 times out of 10 this method does not have any issues with the files. :)

what do you mean exactly? the downloaded files or just the torrents? and if the downloaded files, what files are they and how do you want to burn them?

ummm i'm not quite sure if this will work... but here goes...

1. take the torrent file and the files downloaded from it on a portable diosk and transfer to the new PC

2. open the torrent file in BitComet and shift the downloaded files to the specified directory

3. if it asks for hash checking, click ok and let it continue and it should probably start seeding or downloading from wherever it stopped

run a virus scan on your comp, along with a spyware scan... remove any infected objects and re-install BitComet... that may help...

collect points for one...

ok leave the last part of the above post... used to happen to me when i was using a wireless network... dunno what exactly happens to the extra downloading or why it occurs...
