1) Open BitComet. Go to the "Options" tab on the top of the BitComet window and go to preferences

2) Check if your upload and download limits are on "No Limits". If they are, continue to next step, if not then change them to "No Limit" and continue

3) Go to www.speedtest.net (Its an online site that determines the speed of your connection)

4) When it shows you your speed, divide the download speed by 8 to find out your max download speed. Then, again, go to "Options" in BitComet and set your upload limit to 85% of your max download speed...

i've had the problem too... i think its just the Long-Time Seeders... they show speeds of 120-130 over more but nuthin gets downloaded unless there are no seeders for a while...

firstly, i'd like to know your net connection speed... the speed which u registered with... depending on that we can say whether its ur connection that is slow or the seeders...

If its an audio torrent then you'll have to find another torrent, happened to me many times and i just gave up... or searched for a torrent on another site...

For movie files, just uncheck the files that are stuck... delete them from the directory and start them over again... works everytime for me...

hey vijay... two questions, wats ur connection speed & have you set your upload speed and download speed to unlimited?

btw paul... dun matter if your computer is on 24/7... you only get about a max of 120 or so points per day...

i'm rather intent on getting the 50 resources... which for me is about 10000 points away...

i have the direct link for it... no torrents so far...
