Well, Silkwhip... How about you hid the little sucker somewhere and make up a txt file of the same name. You'll find out if you need the file or not.

Cheers to you too,

Most keygens give false positives. Make sure you dl from a trusted user (the skull beside name). They usually do 4 or 5 scans of a file before ul.

BitComet - Help Tue Nov 25, 08 09:23 AM

Computer reboots:

Usually this is caused by conflicting antivirus/spyware/adware/trojan apps. If you have one of these starting with bitcom, turn off "scan after download" under options and manually scan files. You may not know if you have 2 detectors working... chack taskman/processes. Hope this can help some ppl. CHECK for virus et all several times a day!!!

Hmmmm. I just popped in with the almost almost observation. I check my uploads which are running at appox. 20k/ and my monitor says 40 to 50 k/.

I don't think I picked up anything from BitComet (bless its little heads) but I did, in some craze of trustfulness click on an "install our toolbar" from some torrent site and got the go-google malware. Jeeez, can't we all just be nice to each other? I just shut down all uploads and I am still uploading at 20k. phhhhhht!
