There is one more that is realy good (in my opinion). The name of the band is SANCTITY - they also play the metal i haven't heard before.

I cannot expect from U to recomend every band I like but if U will have time ,someday... U can listen to it.

It's difficult to love somebody U hate (enemy) ,and hate UR friend.

I think that better solution is to dispose of BAD fillings.(hate , anger).

Then U can still love UR friends and not hate anybody.

I have no enemies simply because I have no emotion for people who diserve to be hated.

I've quit too! it wasn't easy task but i've managed. it's stupid to pay for harming URself while normaly people pay to get better. it smells terrible ,it's expensive - it's STUPID to smoke.

I'm not going to spend any penny for cigarettes - no more! it's rubbish
