i just wrote them as below-
"i m paying RM160 per month for my 4MB connection...and yet i can't get above 1MB speed...thats a fraud...and now u r limiting the p2p service speed...thats another fraud...p2p is compeletly legal worldwide...how many frauds do u want to use against us and take our money ?....
please just serve us the way we are paying u the money...."
